The staff at breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast spread was excellent and changed daily. The view from the hotel was good too. The room service staff did an exceptional job at decorating our room with balloons for our birthday. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is connected to the ferry terminal. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, offering a great variety of food. The rooms are clean, with soft and comfortable beds, and working air conditioning. The customer-oriented frontline staff provided ease of check-in and express check-out. The breakfast buffet spread had a vast selection of dishes to choose from.

The price seems to be a bit high compared to other similar hotels in the area.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The food was excellent, especially the rooftop dinner at night. The sea view from our room was magnificent, with a comfortable king-size bed. The Club Lounge access exceeded expectations, with fantastic food and drinks and a good view of the sunset and Singapore skyline. The hotel is conveniently connected to the ferry terminal and there are plenty of nearby restaurants. The air conditioning, bed, and pillows provided a comfortable stay. The customer-oriented frontline staff, especially Mr. Iksam, made check-in easy. Express check out and 24-hour in-room dining were convenient options. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful, and ready to serve all our needs. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. We enjoyed the magnificent room view and had a great time at the rooftop bar.

The room service entered the room a few times without knocking on the door or ringing the bell, which was quite disturbing. The toilet papers and refreshments were not refilled after the room was cleaned.

The service and staff were exceptional during our Xmas stay. We were surprised by the excellent food and atmosphere at the rooftop dinner. The location was also unbeatable, as we had easy access to the ferry terminal and great views of the water.

The swimming pool was not up to par and not ideal for young children. The industrial views were also a slight disappointment.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that cater to all my needs. The service is exceptional, and the staff is friendly and responsive. The spa and wellness center are to die for, and the massage services are amazing. The infinity pool is breathtaking with an excellent sun terrace and lush garden area. The restaurant serves delicious in-room breakfast, poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area with tasty dinner, and packed lunches with exciting special diet menus. I enjoyed my private facilities that provided me with the right ambiance for my stay.

The only minor issue I had was the lack of live entertainment, but this did not hinder my fantastic experience of the hotel.
